About UnKle TimZ

I, Unkle Tim, have been making homemade salsa for the last 15–20 years.  After much tinkering and tweaking a combination of a few family recipes, several years ago I created the taste I really enjoyed. 
In the process I noticed my concoction was a hit at euchre games, bowling banquets, family events, football games, and other social happenings. Sharing with and encouraged by family, friends, acquaintances, and co-workers I have decided to take the next step and go public. 
     Turned off by most store bought brands, what started out as a personal salsa excursion, turned into a hobby, and is now a dream.  Kicking around the idea for the last several years, finally getting through all the roadblocks, setbacks, and licensing issues I am proud to present UnKle TimZ Gourmet Salsa. First batches made 8-13-07. 
     For everyone out there who loves fresh homemade canned salsa but doesn’t have a recipe, know how or the time it takes to can your own, Try UnKle TimZ.  UnKle TimZ is made in small batches on a weekly basis so your order will always be fresh.
